Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a market-leading manufacturer. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for fault finding, reactive maintenance, and preventative maintenance across our electrical manufacturing equipment.

This is a shift-based maintenance role that offers excellent technical training on bespoke machinery, career progression opportunities, and the chance to significantly increase your on-track earnings through unlimited optional overtime.

The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background and a strong desire to technically progress their career. You will be working on high-spec machinery and receiving technical training to develop into a highly skilled engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform PPM and RM on specialist machinery
  2. Work a Monday to Friday rotating 3-shift pattern
  3. Take advantage of unlimited optional overtime
Requirements:
  1. Experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Technician
  2. Manufacturing background
  3. Strong desire to technically progress their career
