We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Director to lead our food service team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing culinary teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new menu concepts, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Dine Contract Catering. We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new menu concepts to meet customer demands
  • Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize stock control
  • SUPervise and train culinary staff to ensure high-quality food standards
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control costs, achieving financial targets
