Job Summary:

Investigo Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a Financial Business Partner, you will provide a complete finance partnering service to budget holders and other colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present timely and accurate monthly management accounts and quarterly forecasts for allocated parts of the business.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and prepayments.
  • Manage the completion of related balance sheet reconciliations to set deadlines.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with budget holders and managers to review monthly and YTD performance, investigate variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze and explain variances to budget and forecast.
  • Provide detailed and summary analysis, in numerical, graphical, and written form, as appropriate.
  • Monitor and report on restricted funds.
  • Track and report on capital expenditure.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in financial business partnering.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and processes.
