About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial leadership and support to our business partners across Strategy & Corporate Affairs, Assurance & Participant Protection, and General Counsel.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial leadership on strategically important business initiatives and ensuring that the business remains within financial governance.
  • Preparing the annual budget and re-forecasts for the supported functions, working closely with team managers to understand team structures, headcount/resource requirements, and other overhead plans.
  • Delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive improvements in reporting, processes, and use of systems.
  • Building strong relationships across the finance team and wider business to drive business change and implement the business change agenda.
