Job Title: Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist

VECTURA FERTIN PHARMA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Scientist, you will lead experimental work within the laboratory and apply your deep technical expertise to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise small teams, allocating tasks and monitoring progress on complex protocols.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety (H&S), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and role-specific training requirements.
  • Mentor junior scientists, providing guidance and acting as a role model within the laboratory.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis and interpretation, including advanced statistical techniques, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead the development, validation, and reporting of technical projects, ensuring adherence to the organization's quality system.
  • Provide supervision and support for team members involved in GMP activities, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in your scientific discipline, with the ability to work independently and lead projects.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of quality standards.
  • Knowledge of GMP processes and experience ensuring compliance within laboratory settings.
