Culinary Team Lead

As a key member of the Harvester team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen to deliver exceptional food quality and standards. This involves inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets the highest expectations.
Key responsibilities will include managing kitchen operations, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control. You will also work closely with the team to develop and implement new menu ideas and improve existing ones.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced chef who can bring a passion for food and a drive to succeed. If you have a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
