Job Summary:

Zest Solutions is hiring a highly skilled Food Safety Leadership Role professional to lead our hygiene team and ensure top-tier food safety standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hygiene practices, managing supplier relationships, and preparing for audits.

About the Role:
  1. Hygiene Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive hygiene policies and procedures.
  2. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, develop, and manage the hygiene team to achieve exceptional results in food safety and quality.
  3. Supplier Quality Management: Build strong relationships with chemical suppliers to ensure compliance and optimize product usage.
  4. Audit and Inspection Management: Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
  5. Financial Management: Effectively manage the hygiene department budget, prioritizing investments that drive value and improve operational efficiency.
  6. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for hygiene-related matters, fostering open communication and collaboration across departments.
  7. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve hygiene-related issues promptly, preventing potential disruptions to operations.
  8. Culture Enhancement: Develop and promote a culture of food safety awareness, encouraging proactive behaviors and recognizing achievements.
