We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at White Horse, a successful family-run business in the hospitality industry.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations daily.
  • Coach and guide new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage all aspects of cash and stock control, including inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Assist with management duties, including dealing with bookings, functions, rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the manager's absence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
