Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support our Education Manager in delivering high-quality education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the curriculum, ensuring the needs of learners and employers are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on quality assurance and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to tutor development
  • Manage performance and provide coaching to tutors
  • Collaborate with the Education Manager to achieve program goals
Requirements:
  • Expertise in education or a related field
  • Experience in delivering training and managing teams
  • Teaching or assessing qualification
  • Ability to display a range of training methods

  • Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
