About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead II to join our site expansion team. As a Project Lead II, you will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized cross-functional site projects from inception to delivery. This will involve managing project teams, overseeing stakeholder engagement, communications planning, risk mapping, project schedules and timelines, and facilitating the progression of project-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver site expansion projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communications planning.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitate project-related activities and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates to teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a project-based role, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding and experience of applying project management methodologies.
- Advanced level education, preferably a degree.
- Strong skills in MS Office, including MS Project.
