The Role: We are seeking a skilled Building Control Specialist to join our team at ATS Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with building regulations and associated standards of construction projects and/or conversion projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of multiple projects, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of building control and integrated planning and housing adaptation duties, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
