Chartered Building Surveyor Opportunity

Are you a skilled Chartered Building Surveyor ready for a new challenge? Carrington West is a leading private Building Consultancy dedicated to delivering high-quality surveying and consultancy services to a range of clients.
We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team, covering projects and providing expert advice on building survey and consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-acquisition building surveys
- Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations
- Preparation of schedules of works
- Contract Administration
- Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes
- Planned maintenance programmes
Requirements:
- MRICS status
- Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes
- Excellent project management and communication skills
