Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of planning and highway cases independently.
  • Deal with planning enforcement matters efficiently.
  • Advise on statutory reviews of decisions by the planning inspectorate.
  • Participate in planning committee meetings.
  • Bulk and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business growth.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with prior experience in planning law from either private practice or public sector settings.
