About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your skills and expertise as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with Non-medical prescribing qualifications. You will work closely with the GP and ANP team to provide urgent care services, supporting patients from initial history taking to evaluation of care.

Your duties will include safe and competent clinical decision-making, expert care, and assessment and diagnostic skills for patients within general practice. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering best practice/evidence-based care and will be able to plan and provide skilled care to meet patients' health and social care needs.
