About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Global Business Solutions team at Reckitt. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all GBS projects end to end, including NPD's, EPD's, roll outs, Tech Transfers and Maintenance Projects.

You will be the linchpin that connects diverse teams and processes, facilitating initiatives that enhance our dynamic supply chain. Your expertise will help us improve business processes, drive innovation and efficiency across our operations, and ultimately contribute to healthier lives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage all GBS projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate project meetings to deliver objectives in a timely manner.
  • Identify, assess, document and prioritize key dependencies and risks, working with cross-functional teams to resolve.
  • Ensure all project plans, briefs and key project documents are available on time and accurate for delivery.
  • Establish and run project team and project group meetings in accordance with governance framework.
  • Monitor and report progress and risk to senior stakeholders, gathering information for effective decision-making.
  • Frame situations effectively to generate fast and robust decisions.
  • Manage item creation and item management data process in Fast SKU and on key site data files.
  • Manage artwork and graphics process.
  • Implement project/product change control process via Quality One.
  • Support Supply Strategy & Procurement teams in feasibility and sourcing assessments, including costing studies and capex assessment.
  • Coordinate trials, both packaging and formulation.
  • Manage project time plans to meet required launch dates.
  • Generate demand in collaboration with markets and connected planning.
  • Develop and implement Ways of Working approach for GBS.
  • Manage portfolio of all GBS innovation.
  • Contribute to prioritization of GBS projects.
  • Track project success post-launch via key innovation performance indicators.
The Experience We're Looking For
  • Strong experience in project management.
  • Computer literacy with experience of report writing.
  • Technical/Scientific/Supply or Engineering Degree.
  • Experience in Supply Chain management, complex project management with cross-functional teams in multiple locations, communication with category and marketing teams, a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG Disinfection and regulated products).
