Senior Project Manager Job Description

Circet UK is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Network Build projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet or exceed KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and manage projects to deliver objectives and meet KPI targets.
  • Provide direction to project teams, including sub-contractors.
  • Ensure projects are fully compliant with local authority and statutory provisions.
  • Determine resource requirements for project completion.
  • Manage productivity, assign roles, and tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Take ownership of commercial aspects of contracts and ensure projects do not go into financial breach.
  • Identify ways to reduce costs and improve performance.
  • Develop and manage programmes of work to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.
  • Manage supply chain performance to ensure key contract objectives are delivered.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain client and Circet's reputation.
Health & Safety Obligations:
  • Fully understand and implement company safety policy and procedures.
  • Ensure programmes for contracts are successfully delivered in a safe, quality, and on-time manner.
  • Drive compliance to regulatory measures that apply to works and operations.
  • Ensure all contracts achieve turnover and profitability by maximising efficiency and minimising cost of failure.
Requirements:
  • NRSWA qualification.
  • CSCS qualification.
  • IOSHH/NEBOSH qualified (desirable).
  • Degree educated or similar (desirable).
  • Sound knowledge of all HSEQ regulations.
  • Good communication, people management, and leadership skills.
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Extensive working knowledge and supervisory experience on the Openreach network.
  • Experienced and proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
