Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with piling, ducting, drainage, and industrial unit projects. This includes overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, collaborating with project teams, conducting quality control checks, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Ensure site operations comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Effectively coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Meet the following requirements:
    • Strong experience in site engineering, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
