Job Description

Care for the production of hydraulically bound mixtures requiring rigorous quality control testing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Routine inspections, sampling and testing of compressive strength specimens to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in research and development projects focused on improving material performance.
  • Perform physical material trials to validate product consistency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a construction materials technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of granular materials and testing procedures.
  • Experience in particle size distribution testing, compressive strength testing, and quality control processes.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an annual salary of £30,000 - £40,000, plus a 9% employer pension contribution. Additionally, you will receive 29 days of annual leave, including 8 Bank Holidays, and benefits such as a recruitment referral bonus, death in service benefit, and employee assistance programme.
