Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Trafford and surrounding areas. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
