We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Go To Host. As a Workplace Experience Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to colleagues and guests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond promptly and politely to guest and colleague enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct daily checklists to ensure the quality of assigned workspaces, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Assist with room booking and guest arrivals, using existing processes and technology to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain a clear, presentable, and safe office floor, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor quality control issues, logging tickets for service from other areas and providing technical support as needed.
Professional and Personal Competencies:
- Proven customer service experience in dealing with high-touch clients.
- High school or college degree.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work successfully within a strong team environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, with knowledge of property management and Condeco systems a plus.
- Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication.
