The successful candidate will have experience in supporting individuals to find and sustain employment, training, or voluntary work, as well as an understanding of mental health problems. They will be confident in facilitating group work and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The IPS Specialist will work in a supportive environment and will be provided with a full induction and training opportunities. They will be given the chance to develop their knowledge and skills, as well as develop professionally.
