Commercial Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Westminster. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing social housing refurbishment projects, working closely with our Commercial Manager.
About the Role: This is a Project QS role, reporting to a Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for managing 1-2 social housing refurbishment projects valued between £500k - £2m. Previous refurbishment experience on public sector projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social housing refurbishment projects from inception to completion
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be qualified in quantity surveying and have previous experience in refurbishment projects. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
