Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Caretaker to join our team at WMJobs. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the school's facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Cleaning and upkeep of classrooms, corridors, and other areas
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field. A strong customer-focused attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
This is a full-time position, working varied hours including some early/late shifts. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
