Financial Reclaim Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with reclaiming funds from dormant accounts for a 3-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing data, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with account holders or relevant parties to ensure the smooth recovery of unclaimed funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with spreadsheets and databases to track and monitor dormant accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to account holders or relevant parties to verify account information and facilitate the reclaim process.
  • Ensure all activities are in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
