Role: Demand Planning Specialist - DTC

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring optimal product availability and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Retail Operations and Commercial Teams: Work closely with retail operations and commercial teams to optimize product availability across all channels.
  • Forecasting Expertise: Continuously improve forecasting models based on market insights, data analysis, and industry trends.
  • Strategic Demand Planning: Participate in trading meetings to discuss demand planning strategies and contribute to the development of effective action plans.
  • Stock Allocation Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate stock allocation across various retail locations and distribution centers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in advanced planning techniques and a strong command of Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a fast-paced team environment.
