We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our care home in Clacton-on-Sea, delivering a high standard of care and service.

The Role

To oversee the management of the care home, ensuring excellent care and service delivery, financial stability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide effective leadership and management for all staff employed in the home.
  • Care Delivery: Promote a caring environment delivered according to the latest guidelines, best practice, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home.
  • Service Quality: Maintain high levels of satisfaction with the service and excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2-3+ years of experience as a Home Manager, preferably in Residential and Dementia settings, with strong budgeting and accounting skills, knowledge of the Care Standards Act, Health and Safety Legislation, and the ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
