We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Haven Lodge Care Home in Clacton-on-Sea.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management in a care setting, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Salary: £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
- To lead and manage the care home team to provide high-quality care to residents.
- To develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of residents.
- To ensure the care home operates within regulatory guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and training of staff.
- Staff supervision and appraisal.
- Quality assurance and quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, nursing).
- Leadership and management experience in a care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
