About the Role:

As a Loss Prevention Officer at TJX Europe, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, associates, and assets. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Job:

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for deterring loss on the salesfloor, acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function, and supporting a positive customer experience within our stores. You will work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.

Responsibilities:
  • Support a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
  • Deter loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
  • Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
