Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards
  • Ensure all guest rooms are prepared for arrival and departure, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but a positive attitude and desire to make a difference is essential
  • Conversational English is required, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies
