  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks and work as part of a team.
  • Understand the ingredients, method, and build of each of our menu products.
  • Follow GDK cleaning and storage standards, including helping with pot wash and having a clean-as-you-go attitude.
  • Filling in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
