We are seeking a skilled Senior Children Social Worker to join our Court Team, managing a caseload of up to 6 sets of Care Proceedings. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people, working closely with families, and collaborating with other professionals to achieve positive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex care proceedings, ensuring timely and effective interventions
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support children and families
- Collaborate with other professionals, including lawyers, police, and healthcare providers, to achieve positive outcomes
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk assessments to inform decision-making
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in social work, preferably in a court team setting
