Job Title: Digital Business Partner
Job Description:
Our client, a leading international brand, is currently recruiting for multiple Junior HR Business Partner positions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Working with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development
- Completing talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these
- Dealing with the succession planning for key roles and maintaining a focus on colleague engagement
- Supporting with upskilling of managers and managing employee relations cases
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
- Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
- To be confident working with data
