We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our sales team at T2search. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the IT sector or take their existing skills to the next level.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through a mix of telephone calls, emails, social selling, and networking. You will have access to one of the industry's largest IT hardware stock inventories and be able to sell a range of IT hardware solutions, including servers, workstations, networking solutions, and components.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in business development or new business development, with experience in account management being beneficial but not essential. Our sales team is supported by a retained sales trainer, providing ongoing training, coaching, and support.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £78,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous commission structure, a comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career advancement.
