Aecon is seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst, Systems to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support for our SuccessFactors HRIS program.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business to identify and prioritize HRIS project requirements.
- Design and develop content for the SuccessFactors platform.
- Conduct advanced research and data analysis to inform HRIS program decisions.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- SuccessFactors module experience (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC) considered an asset.
- 1+ years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements.
- Technical configuration experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
