We are excited to partner with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Graduate Test Engineer in Hook.
Our client is offering a competitive salary of £27k per annum and 21 days annual leave (rising by one day per year to a maximum of 25 days).
Key Responsibilities:- Commission products within required dates, to the highest quality standards, and carry out initial testing on designated products
- Ensure all build procedures are followed and working standards are maintained
- Provide system assembly and QA testing for orders, ready for shipment
- Record and update documentation associated with QA and orders
- Perform in-house calibration checks
- Stay fully aware of Health and Safety requirements and ensure safe working at all times
- Experience within an engineering environment, e.g. materials/electronic/mechanical (desirable)
- A degree or HNC in a related engineering field
- Basic understanding and confidence to work with electronic/electrical components and systems
- Previous experience or general knowledge of sensors, transducers, and electro-mechanical systems would be an advantage
