  • Monitor and resolve any system issues

  • Provide documentation to our freight forwarder for customs clearance
  • Escalate key issues to leadership proactively and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within a FMCG environment dealing with imports or in logistics
  • Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm to deliver results and progress within the organization
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload accordingly
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt with the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business environment
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Good level of proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Excel
  • Experience of working with ERP systems, ideally with Oracle
