Civil Engineer

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of site-based engineering duties, working closely with the engineering department to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce temporary works designs and deliver a complete range of Civil Engineering services from scheme concept through to detailed design and construction monitoring.
- Produce layouts and detailed drawings for the inclusion in the tender process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to produce as-built drawings based on redlines provided.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety systems and regulations, and provide technical advice and assistance as required.
- Assist in the management of site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Minimum of two years' work experience in civil engineering and/or earthworks.
- Minimum HNC/HND qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Experience and up to date knowledge of surveying software, including MicroStation/AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to discuss complex technical issues and persuade key stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and the Designer and principal contractors role.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
