Vehicle Data Specialist

Join our team at Toyota Financial Services, KINTO and KINTO JOIN as a Vehicle Data Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the timely update of new vehicle variants in Miles with CAP data according to agreed KPI's.
- Verify the accuracy of the vehicle variant database and ensure that runout / old vehicles have an accurate status.
- Manage and maintain the creation of manual catalogue vehicles – non-CAP (Heavy commercial, plant & equipment).
- Review manufacturer contracts & discounts in accordance with explicit approval documentation.
- Ensure all associated tables (SMR, Tyres, Options, RV's) are linked to new CAP vehicles to facilitate immediate quoting.
- Audit Miles catalogue vehicle current pricing to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Prepare reports to identify the number of vehicles added, updated and discontinued.
- Prepare report to identify CAP interface performance.
- Collate and report to the business summaries of vehicle data changes which includes new products or changes.
- Build relationships with data suppliers and manufacturers (CAP, Toyota etc).
- Analysis, reporting & investigating data anomalies i.e. Product codes, insurance groups.
- Qualified automotive or electrical mechanic.
- Minimum 5 years additional automotive experience.
- Automotive Finance / Fleet Management experience.
- Advanced data management and MS software.
- Strong literary, numeracy and data entry skills.
