The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our South East Water team as a Developer Services Supervisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience working across all areas within our team, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our service connection teams to deliver high-quality services for new developments
  • Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct site visits to complete health and safety paperwork and ensure compliance
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a basic understanding of IT and Microsoft Office. While knowledge of the water industry is beneficial, it is not essential. Strong communication skills, quality management, and problem-solving abilities are essential. You should be able to work within set time frames and enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team.
