The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our South East Water team as a Developer Services Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our service connection teams, site supervisors, and customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service connection teams to deliver new developments
  • Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Provide industry-leading customer service and support
  • Conduct site visits to ensure health and safety protocols are followed
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a basic understanding of IT and Microsoft Office. While knowledge of the water industry is beneficial, it is not essential. Strong communication skills, quality management, and problem-solving abilities are crucial. You should be able to work within set time frames and enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team.
