As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will contribute to maintaining efficient and effective Finance team operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Bank Reconciliation and Statement Analysis
  2. Monitor Team Budgets and Provide Financial Insights
  3. Process Purchase Invoices and Credit Control
  4. Support Payroll Administration and Pension Management
  5. Process Accounts Inbox and Correspondence
  6. Raise Invoices and Manage Customer Relationships
  7. Contribute to Car Fleet Management and Expense Tracking
  8. Provide VAT Reconciliation and Compliance Support
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have or be studying AAT Level 2 qualification.

A strong understanding of finance principles and numerical skills is essential.

Experience with finance systems like Xero and Sage is desirable but not mandatory.

Benefits and Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
