We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Operations Manager to join our team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their payroll career to the next level, with exposure to international markets and responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, preferably with experience in Workday. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Additionally, they will develop systems to process payroll account transactions, collaborate with HR and Accounting teams, and prepare reports on payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process global payroll updates in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain Workday systems for payroll processing
  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations to the Accounting & Finance department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in Workday
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field
  • Understanding of data confidentiality principles
