About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in shaping the team's Workday based systems. As a Finance Systems Accountant, you will be responsible for improving the HL Finance team's ways of working, as well as the quality and usefulness of the information we provide to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your knowledge of Workday Financials and/or Workday Adaptive Planning to improve finance processes and overcome complex challenges within Workday.
  • Manage the design and delivery of the Finance systems improvement roadmap, ensuring security and change management controls are adhered to and evidenced.
  • Take ownership of access management and incident management across Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a demonstrable understanding of finance operations and experience in finance data management and reporting. An accounting qualification will be supportive in your success within this role (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA). You should also have a proven track record of using Workday Financials and/or Workday Adaptive Planning to improve finance processes.
