Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Waiter to join our team at Raffles. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They will be responsible for promoting a positive environment culture, adhering to legal and statutory responsibilities, and ensuring food is served in accordance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure all customers receive a warm welcome.
  • Promote a positive environment culture through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders, including special requests.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
  • Assist with table setting, refilling water, and taking additional orders as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop knowledge of menu and products to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
