Job Description
As a Relationship Management Professional at Simmons Bank, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This involves providing expert financial solutions, identifying and understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Accountabilities
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CLIENTS TO IDENTIFY AND UNDERSTAND THEIR FINANCIAL NEEDS.
- PROVIDE EXPERT FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS TO CLIENTS BY OFFERING TAILORED RECOMMENDATIONS AND ADVICE ON BANK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS AND REFERRALS TO CLIENTS.
- MONITOR AND REPORT ON KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) TO MEASURE SUCCESS AND DRIVE IMPROVEMENT.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and present information to customers and colleagues. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in finance, business, or a related field being an asset.
