Job Summary:

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate counting of stock levels, picking, preparing, packing, and shipping orders, as well as maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stock levels are accurately counted using handheld scanner
  • Picking, preparing, packing, and shipping orders (processing orders using IT system)
  • Using provided tools efficiently
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Maintaining records
  • Operating equipment: hand pallet truck, forklift (license beneficial but is not essential), order picker mobile tool- You are not afraid of heights, spooling machines)
  • Lifting boxes up to 25kg
  • Maintaining a clear and tidy working place


Requirements:

  • Ability to work in small team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use computer (outlook, carrier portals as DHL, UPS, FedEx + warehouse software)
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Work effectively and flexibly in a team environment
  • Work required overtime as directed
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
