Job Overview:
Blackstone Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK charity to find a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist for their School Therapy team based in Surrey. This permanent, full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives.

The ideal candidate will possess a diploma/degree in Speech and Language Therapy, current HCPC registration, and at least 3 years of clinical experience. They will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy assessment and intervention to children and young people with neurodisabilities and neurodevelopmental concerns.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care to children with acquired brain injury. The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary and multi-agency setting, supporting children and young people with communication needs, speech, and language difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy assessment and intervention to children and young people with neurodisabilities and neurodevelopmental concerns
- Work within a multidisciplinary and multi-agency setting to promote outcome-focused interventions, safe care, function, and participation of children and young people
- Support children and young people with communication needs, speech, and language difficulties at a highly specialist level

Essential Criteria:
