Therapy Specialist

You will work in a multidisciplinary and multi-agency setting, promoting outcome-focused interventions, safe care, function, and participation of children and young people. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting children and young people with communication needs, speech, and language difficulties at a highly specialist level.
The successful candidate will have a diploma/degree in Speech and Language Therapy, current HCPC registration, and at least 3 years of clinical experience. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
The organisation offers a competitive salary range of £51,883 - £58,544 per annum, plus a range of benefits including on-site nursery, free eye tests, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay. You will also have access to on-site parking, a staff shuttle service from Epsom and Sutton train stations, and a subsidised cafeteria.
