Creative Technical Solutions Specialist

**About the Role:**

**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical solutions under senior guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and generating detailed designs and documentation. They will also ensure all tasks comply with relevant standards while assisting in business improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Development: Embrace a continuous professional development mindset, proactively seek opportunities to grow and develop oneself, and engage in check-ins and manager / department lead initiatives.
- Technical Responsibility: Deliver technical solutions to assist with the manufacture of our businesses products under the guidance of senior team members, generate designs and associated documentation, and perform calculations and design analysis to ensure integrity.
- Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into practical design solutions, ensuring seamless integration of various aspects.
**What You'll Bring:**
- Proficiency in design software (2D & 3D CAD) and file management tools (e.g. Teamcenter).
- Good understanding of Engineering Principles.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in an engineering environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Mechanical Engineering HNC or equivalent experience.

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
