Technical Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Manager to join our growing team and lead the development of our next generation of products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in embedded systems, experience in team leadership or management, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with other heads of department to ensure seamless product development, and your role will involve leading multiple projects, developing the software team, assigning work packages, and delivering new products to meet time and budgetary goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans
- Lead the software team in creating high-quality solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product development
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in embedded systems
- Experience in team leadership or management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Degree in an Engineering field subject
